I work for TD Synnex in the US as a Field Solutions Architect specialising in IBM Cognos Analytics. I help enable and support IBM Analytics business partners, and provide pre-sales demonstrations to partners' clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Prior to my current role, I spent 11 years as a Technical Specialist (IBM Cognos Analytics) at IBM UK in the Partner Enablement team, helping IBM business partners achieve success. Before this I spent 10 years as a Training Consultant with Cognos Inc. Prior to joining Cognos, I worked as a developer for a Cognos business partner for 11 years. For the past 19 years I have been a moderator and active participant in the Cognoise community (www.cognoise.com) where I try to provide help and assistance to users of past and current Cognos products.
