When you logged into Apptio today, you may have noticed an updated Frontdoor UI. We’re excited to bring you this more modern and simplified experience. We are aware there was a lack of prior communication regarding this change, and we apologize for that. We will take this opportunity to learn and work with our internal teams to communicate better in the future about upcoming changes.

While the overall design is new and improved, there are no changes to your existing functionalities or workflows. The design changes are purely aesthetic, ensuring a more modern and user-friendly experience. If you experience any issues, please submit a support ticket so we can get that resolved. If you have questions or feedback, please contact your CSM.

Your new layout will look similar to the one below with the environment at the top of the screen and all your products listed below. You will navigate to the different projects within each as before as there is no change in functionality.
