A newly released feature in OpenShift is full-stack provisioning of a cluster on IBM Power Virtual Server (PowerVS). Users who have access to an IBM Cloud account, after performing some preparatory steps for authentication and authorization, deploy a cluster on PowerVS, without having to first provision the infrastructure. The OpenShift installer has the capability to deploy the necessary infrastructure services (virtual machines, DHCP, DNS and Load Balancer services) before proceeding to install OpenShift on the cluster.
