    All,

    On June 25, 2024 IBM presented the new features released in Q2 2024.

    We discussed the following Agenda:

    1. SIP enhancements including Search Reservations, Cost-based optimization for pre-purchase scenarios, enhanced Transit Data UI, Catalog data ingest & SIP Premium - File onboarding/transfers.
    2. Modernized Data Platform using AI workflows and advanced generative and predictive AI.
    3. OMS IV adapter and transfer schedule enhancements .
    4. OMS and SIP container improvements.
    5. Self Service tool enhancements including Selfservice CLI support for CDT actions and managing alert criteria for MQ.
    6. Enhancements to the returns, exchanges, and refund flows in the Next-gen Call Center.
    7. Enhancements to Data Extract capabilities, DTK (Podman, PostGres support), Microsoft Azure AD OIDC support, and Beta JDK21 DTK Rollout.
