    Hi,

    We performed load testing using JMeter for IBM Content Navigator desktops and noticed a high response time for the getDesktop requests. While the response for getDesktop requests was good when we ran with 50 users, it degraded when we ran with more than 50 users. We ramped up the user count by 1 every 3 seconds.

    Our navigator is running on a CP4BA containerized environment and is SSO enabled with OKTA.

    We would appreciate any suggestions and ideas that could help us improve the response time for the getDesktop requests.

    Hey Naveen,

    I know, your post is quite some month old but we are facing a similar issue and also have identified the getDesktop request as the one that takes very long. We have a different environment, not containerized. We measured over several days and had very very volatile answering times from 1 second to almost 2 minutes and it seems to be related to the load of the system.

    Did you find the root cause of this and do you have any hints, information or idealy a solution ?
