  • 1.  Cannot install RDi 9.8.0.X

    I have been able to install RDi 9.8.0.3 on my laptop at work and have been happy with it for months.

    My colleague Manu keeps getting an error. Our laptop wizard is at a loss.  We do not want to uninstall Manu's 9.6.0.13 until we have a clean install of 9.8.X.  When Kenneth, the wizard, try searching the internet, he gets too much information that does not make sense.  Where should I send him?
