Mr. Shinji Nishio, leader of Instana sub-group of JIMUC ITSM Working Group, tried to use Instana Free Trial site. He used IBMID : nishio@nicsoft.co.jp , where the mail address of shinji_nishio@niandc.co.jp was stored to this IBMID. 

In this case, magic link to his Instana Trail seemed to be sent to his IBMID, which was nishio@nicsoft.co.jp. He expected that the link information would be sent to his mail address, which is shinji_nishio@nicandc.co.jp . 
The reason of this problem is that his IBMID and mail address are not the same, because his IBMD was created several years ago and his company (NIC Soft) decided to use the mail system of its group company ( NI and C corporation ) 2 years ago.  His IBMID (nishio@nicsoft.co.jp) is used for Passport Advantage Q&A now, so he needs to use it although his mail address was changed.

Please give him some advice how he can use Instana Free Trial.

According to Shinji Nishio, he already tried his private mail address, which is Gmail, but  free mail address was rejected.
