  • 1.  CPU monitoring setting

    Dears Experts,

    Iam new in instana and I try to configure CPU alert to monitor total cpu usage, but I want to fire event if the CPU keep high for more than 20 minutes, and I didn't find any configuration in the event setup page that can do this can you please help me in that

    Hi Mohamed,

    The time window is the way to go but those are predefined values you can use for your custom events, so, for now you can't change it to 20 minutes. Our team is working on improving this experience for Infrastructure data.

    when you create the event with the restAPi you can configure 1200s. Or you create it in the UI, retrieve it with the restapi as a starting point and just change the windowsize.
