Norbert Jenninger is working as an independent consultant for Db2 monitoring. After 16 years in application development (first with IMS/DL/I and then with Db2) he worked in Db2 Performance Monitor area since 1994 at IBM. He had a lot of customer contacts since 1999, helping customers to get the most of the Db2 instrumentation data in real-time as well as in reporting. He was helping customers to get the most of the Db2 for z/OS instrumentation data in real-time, as well as in reporting. After over 40 years with IBM, he retired 2018 from IBM, but decided to continue helping and working with customers and Rocket Software solution advisors and development.
