Bio

I believe that no decision about my generation — the digital generation — should be made without us. That's why I'm passionate about ‘tech for good’ & closing the digital divide. In 2021, I was named the youngest EVER IBM Z Champion in the programme's history for my efforts to demystify the tech industry by uniting thousands of fellow young technologists globally to use technology as a catalyst to achieve social good, all alongside my A-Level studies. Through my work, I strive to diversify the industry by creating more opportunities for young people, particularly underserved & underrepresented communities and those with non-traditional academic backgrounds, highlighting the important role young people play in tech and wider society. As an IBM Z Ambassador, Champion, and Student Senator, I am a frequent UN & IBM speaker, thought leader, and advocate for young people, bringing my personal mission to life by engaging thousands of students globally through tech events and social media and, with IBM's support, in creating student-led webinars that are entirely for, with and by youth. My efforts towards achieving United Nations Sustainable Development Goals - No 4: Quality Education, No 5: Gender Equality, No 8: Decent Work & Economic Growth & No 10: Reduced Inequalities has been recognised through receiving the Diana Award & as a finalist in the Women of the Future Young Star category.
