That makes sense, but on the other hand, the Docker instance is not turned off during the migration; instead, master data is extracted from PostgreSQL data store.
Well, thanks - post can be closed.

This is to prevent data loss during migration, you have the same data on both places during X amount of time, depending on how long you run both backends.

Thank you all for the responses.
I was hoping there was a way to transfer historical data.
Israel, the scenario you described is to prevent data loss during the migration process or to compare the results of both instances?

For the calls, you can connect the agents to a secondary backend and run both in parallel for some time, I have customers that ran that setup around 7 days..., and then just have the agents connected to the new backend only.

Subject: Migrating Calls from Docker Version to k3s
Hi everyone,
We are currently facing a challenge with migrating our calls from Docker version 269 to k3s. Has anyone dealt with this before?
Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
