    MAM 7.6.1.2:

    What parts of Maximo does the Data Restriction Condition field (in the Object Structures application) apply?
    (MAXINTOBJECT.RESTRICTWHERE)

    Does it only work for certain Maximo mechanisms, but not others?
    Example:
     Y:  Retrieving data using the REST API
     N: Ad-hoc reports

    It works for rest api query without using the stable paging.
    IBM confirmed that data restriction on object structure query data using stable paging does not work ( basically not built by IBM). I was using 7611 when I faced this issue and thus had to use Data restriction on the security group to restrict data fetch on an object.

    Not sure if it was fixed in 7612.

    I haven't tried ad-hoc report but it is expected to work ad-hoc reporting.

    Unfortunately, the "Data restriction condition" field (MAXINTOBJECT.RESTRICTWHERE) doesn't seem to be working for ad-hoc reports (QBRs).
