Hi Andrew
Yes, this information can be hard to find, I don't know why! You can just use ArcGIS Platform inside Map Manager and have basic map services rendered. Please see settings below.

Subject: Map Manager Settings for MAS Manage 9
Hello
We are investigating the use of Scheduler / Optimiser to replace our use of external systems. One of the factors that will need to be considered is travel time.
I am attempting to setup a map provider in Manage 9, but I believe my options are limited to OpenStreet and ARCGis (ESRI). I am struggling to find documentation that covers setting this up in Map Manager 9, specifically which basemap urls to enter to be able to access public providers so that travel times can be calculated in scheduler. Also do I need to set up keys / accounts with these providers and how are these stored inside Manage.
Thanks for any pointers on this.
Andrew
