  • 1.  Issue with interfacing to ARIBA Punchout from MAS8.11

    Hi All,

    We are facing issue with ARIBA punchout interface from with in MAS 8.11.

    It works with 7613 but with the upgrade, Punchout interface is not able to bring the payload back to Maximo.

    Anyone able to resolve this issue?

    Hi Arvind,

    Can you please provide additional information including:

    • details of any associated error messages
    • copies ofg the POD log for the time that the transaction failed
    • details of the messages that are going over the interface
    • details of the interface

    If you can't share these publicly then reach out to me (via the contact request) and we can discuss what is possible.

    I spent a long time working in support so I should be able to give you some areas to look at when the information is available

    Hi Arvind,

    We had faced the same issue . We had to make some changes but we can connect on this to understand the root cause .

    We had issues due to network policies and firewall rules .
