    Application Designer:

    I often import application XML -- to replace the XML/design of a given application.



    Question:
    If I needed to, would there be a way to see a log of all XML imports that have been done for a given application in a Maximo environment?
    Example:
    • 2021-11-24 - CONFIGUR - XML IMPORT - Source file name: CONFIGUR_DEVL_ENV.XML
    • 2021-10-04 - CONFIGUR - XML IMPORT - Source file name: CONFIGUR_TESTING_ENV.XML
    • 2020-14-11 - CONFIGUR - XML IMPORT - Source file name: CONFIGUR_ENV4_ENV.XML

    For what it's worth, I do keep backup files (XML downloads) of applications -- before I do an upload. But that's not the same thing as having a log of all imports that have been done.

      You could turn on e-audit for the maxpresentation table.  That would keep a log of all your changes.
