Are you finding actuals data isn't refreshed even though the status message says it is updated successfully? If yes, then please log a support ticket. It will require further investigation on why the data didn't get refreshed.
If the data is refreshed successfully but you are looking for progress message, then it is available only in the Expenses New View. To enable the new view you need to go to Company Profile and click Enable New Expense Page Experience (Beta)
Please note New Expense View is available only for non-PFP/non-SDP customers at this time.
