 Update Actuals and New Expense View in Planning

Hello,

We love the new "Update Actuals" in Planning as it is a huge time saver but we are not receiving the Progress message as shown in the documentation.  The page refreshes but the data has not been refreshed from the latest Spend Transaction Actuals.  How long does this process typically take for around 25000 rows of data?

Does this only appear in the New Expense View?  If so, how do we enable the New Expense View?  Is this under Company Profile and checking the box?

Are you finding actuals data isn't refreshed even though the status message says it is updated successfully? If yes, then please log a support ticket. It will require further investigation on why the data didn't get refreshed.

If the data is refreshed successfully but you are looking for progress message, then it is available only in the Expenses New View. To enable the new view you need to go to Company Profile and click Enable New Expense Page Experience (Beta) Please note New Expense View is available only for non-PFP/non-SDP customers at this time.
