Is it possible to copy a project from one Apptio instance(environment) to Another instance(environment)? I have a CT project in one environment and trying to move to another environment. Please suggest how to achieve this.

Yes, it's possible to copy projects across environments. The support team can handle the request.
However, it can be more complicated based on the type of resourcing your environments are provisioned for. Your CSM is a good first contact to start the conversation, so I recommend reaching out for a quick exchange of details.

Hello

As Fred said. Support ticket for this. You need to create the project (blank) and then open a ticket at support to copy from one project to this new one.

Consider that you will have all in the new one, so if you want to remove something (from the older) do it first.

Have you looked into Datalink for this use case? You can use a REST Service connector to bring over your data from another instance.  There's a Datalink REST service connector help page on Apptio Help Center (https://help.apptio.com/en-us/datalink/c-rest-dl.html?Highlight=Datalink%20REST%20API). Check that out. We have been using this to copy data between our Apptio instances. You can always open a support ticket or contact your CSM for additional questions.
