    Hi Nick,

    No it was something else. I have sent all the relevant details to Portia, who was the coordinator for that Webinar. You guys seriously have to re design the registering process to these webinars. I have explained everything to Portia, who is copied on the email, who should be able to provide you some insights on what happened.
