Shared Cost Center Ownership

You can now assign explicitly grant multiple CCOs (users with a Cost Center Owner role) view/edit access to a given cost center.  Simply enter the desired users in the Owners column using comma as a separator.  Users with a BPO role may still access all cost centers in the system without having to be explicitly assigned to a cost center.

We've made it easier to hide all the monthly period columns so that you can quickly create annual totals-only view of your budget.
