Libby Ingrassia
Global Program Director, IBM Champions

Libby leads the IBM Champions Program worldwide, working to support, recruit, and amplify the work of this select group of external advocates. IBM Champions have deep expertise in IBM technology, and actively support the tech communities. An IBMer since 2015, Libby has previously worked in communications, education, and technology. Libby, her husband, and their twins live with thousands of books, some computers, and way too many mosquitoes in Houston.



Chiara Baldan

Data engineer, Sogei Chiara joined Sogei 8 years ago. Sogei is the Information Technology corporation owned by the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance. Since 2018 she works for the Service & Technology Innovation Hub. Chiara is part of a team working to optimize data, their delivery, storage, and processing. The main goal is to improve data strategy and data integration using AI, ML and data analytics technologies. She has a long experience with mainframe platform, working for support services, as systems programmer and database administration. She is a first year Data and AI IBM Champion. Julia Carter Client Services Consultant, Broadcom Julia is a Db2 for z/OS enthusiast having worked as a Database Administrator since 2005 and she joined Broadcom in 2019 to support customers with their CA Db2 tools and to help improve, modernise and simplify their processes, and to evangelise about all things Db2. Outside of work, Julia is a keen baker and loves the great outdoors. Mark Lack Cognitive Analytics, Mueller, Inc   Mark Lack is a 20 year practitioner in using data to drive corporate strategy. He has been recognized by his peers, corporate titans, and the academic community for his contributions to the advancement using data to drive decisions. Mark was recently nominated to be an IBM lifetime champion for Data Analytics, the first member from this community to be nominated for this honor. When Mark is not performing in ballet productions with his daughters, he can be found training the next generation of data analysts at the university level.
