Symptom: Details missing in Location and Vendor columns in Summary tab

When viewing the Summary tab in the Expenses view, under All Plan Sections, details are missing for some line items in the Location and Vendor columns that were populated in the Expenses tabs (Learn more).

What's going on

The Labor details that appear in the Summary tab are based on the dimensions/attributes that you select to appear in your Labor Summary Options. The Labor Summary Options are used to restrict certain information from being populated in the Summary tab (Learn more).

Resolution

If you want the Summary tab to show the details from the Labor tab, update your Labor Summary Options to show details for the dimensions you want.

To update Labor Summary Options:

1. From the Summary tab, click Actions.
2.  Select Labor Summary Options from the list.

3. Select the checkboxes for Location and Vendor, then click OK.
   
   

To verify Labor Summary options:

1. Navigate to All Plan Sections (How?). 
2. Select Expenses in the Plan Sub-section. 
3. Verify that the columns are populated with data.
   
   
4. Navigate to your specific Department, Service, Business Unit, or Project in the Plan Sub-section. 
5. Verify that the columns, including Location and Vendor columns, are populated with data.
