When attempting to add a user to IT Planning Security, the drop-down list does not contain the new user.
The IT Planning project must recalculate to include data for users recently added to Apptio.
In the IT Planning project, go to the Project menu and choose Calculate Now. In the Force Recalculation dialog box, click OK.
