The Path from Deficiency to Renewal to Optimization with TRIRIGA+Maximo+Envizi [2927]

RE & FM planners have increased challenges to maintain assets to maximize the investment. Aging infrastructure, financial needs eclipsing budgets, demands for modern workplaces, and remediation of energy-hogging buildings thrust capital planning to be top of mind. Deficiencies found during facility inspections need estimating and prioritization to defend funding for building and critical asset renewal. Closely integrating capital planning with asset management allows maintenance activities to commence on the first day of operation without waiting for the next inspection. We will review the key components of capital planning and asset renewal, and how TRIRIGA's condition assessment and capital planning functions complement Maximo and Envizi to address the full asset lifecycle.
