System Property to control the Filter results with and without Hierarchy

New property to control how the Gantt is filtered. **** skd.gantt.filter *****

Out of the box the value is 3

0 - Filter only applies to Parent rows.
1 - Filter all rows
2 - Filter children first, if child row meets filter criteria, parent is filtered
3 - Parent rows filtered first, if parent meets filter criteria, children is filtered.

Examples for the following Hierarchy


Set to 0 - quick filter on test
quick filter on child - no results as it only searches on the top WO level

Set to 1 - quick search on child - no hierarchy shown only the results found


Set to 2 results will show the hierarchy above but not below the values found


Set to 3 - shows the hierarchy below but not above
