IBM Maximo for Service Provider Report Booklet

Beginning in version 7.5.2 a number of reports have been delivered with Maximo for Service Providers.  These reports are in addition to the set of reports which is delivered with Maximo for Asset Management.  The booklet contains information on each reports file name, parameters, application settings, grouping, sorting and descriptions along with other various information.  The booklet can be found in the attachment section below.

To work with this booklet:

1. Extract the file
2. Access the Service Provider 76 Report Listing.xls file
3. This file is setup as a workbook.  The details on the worksheets included in the workbook are below.
   • Service Provider Reports - This lists the delivered reports and more detailed descriptions.  To view a sample of the report, click on it's report name to access a pdf of the report.
   • Additional Report Descriptions - Contains additional description, unique coding or best practices for executing reports highlighted from the first worksheet.
   • Reference Materials - Links to additional information regarding reports for Maximo.
