Toolbar Buttons Description of Functionalit
   
Quick Filter Quick filter on multiple strings in multiple columns in the table.  All conditions must be met in the filter result (“AND” condition).  Search is across all fields displayed by the user.
 Filter  This action toggles on and off the filter – opens and closes the row under the table headers.
 Clear Filter and Show all Activities. This action removes all filters.
 Print grid This action allows the user to print the table and/or Resource view.  There are flexible print options available.
 Display menu to choose visible columns This action allows a user to dynamically choose which columns to display in the table.
 Expand all rows This action expands all rows in the table to show all the Crafts, Crew Types or Rotating Tools
 Collapse all rows This action collapses all rows.
 Filter work orders based on the selected resources
Select one or more resources in the bottom Resource section and then select the Filter icon in resource tool bar.  The work orders are filtered to just those that require the selected resource(s).  A very nice tool when resource leveling

This selection allows the user to see resources in different buckets of time and availability.  Traditionally this has always been done by the shift.  However sometimes you only need to get it on the right day or week or month.  This may be done when planning out for longer periods of time – then as you look at schedules for the next week look at shift again
