In this presentation we will cover the Sharptree Visual Studio Code extension, which enables automation scripts configurations to be described within the script itself and how this facilitates automated deployments. We will then discuss IBM DBC scripts for declaring common configurations and how this can be used to apply incremental version updates. Finally, we will discuss and demonstrate automated building and deploying with an Azure DevOps pipeline. This process ensures that all configurations are defined in a declarative manner that can be applied through automated processes organizations to automate moving improvements through non-production environments quickly and reliably, which reduces testing and validation timelines
