The Apptio Help Center is moving to IBM Docs starting in March 2025 and continuing until April 30, 2025. This transition is designed to provide a more seamless, unified, and user-friendly documentation experience for all Apptio customers.

What’s Changing?

• Starting March 17, all Apptio Help content, including the Targetprocess Guide and Developer Hub, will begin migration to IBM Docs.
• The Apptio Help Center will remain accessible until April 30, 2025, after which all links will automatically redirect to IBM Docs.
• Navigation and search improvements in IBM Docs will make it easier to find the information you need.

How to Access the New IBM Docs Site

1. Go to IBM Docs.
2. Use the search bar at the top and enter "Apptio" to quickly locate Apptio product documentation.
3. Select the product or category as indicated from the list below
4. You can also filter by product (e.g., Cloudability, Targetprocess) to find content
5. For best results, we suggest searching with specific terms like “IBM Apptio cost modeling” rather than broad terms like “cost”.

Tip: If you frequently use Apptio documentation, consider bookmarking the IBM Docs Apptio page, and update your existing Help Center bookmarks to IBM Docs links after March 17 for quick access!
