Printing Graphical Views (7.6.x Scheduler applications)

First set up your browser to receive the background images

Fire Fox

Open new tab & hit print                  Go to Page Setup & select Print Background

Chrome

1. Set to portrait or landscape here to align with settings in Maximo print settings & within the print dialogue for your PDF writer or Printer
2. Select only the columns you wish to print, normally a smaller set to allow room for the graphical view
3. Set the scale to 100% (or test for best outcome)

4. Hit OK – Browser will open the print preview
5. Make sure Maximo & Browser print settings are the same as the PDF/Printer settings in regard to the paper size and landscape/portrait orientation – example shown for FireFox
