This document is a Quick Start Guide for those who want to leverage OSLC as a REST api to query and update Maximo data.  This guides provides the 'basics' for:

• Updating an OSLC Resource
• Deleting an OSLC Resource

The intent of the document is to get someone using the api as quickly as possibly with the minimum configuration needed to define resources within Maximo.
