IBM delivers new functionality for the Db2 Tools for z/OS through a continuous delivery process providing you, our customers, with the ability to benefit more quickly and efficiently.  Many times, your own ideas and feedback are incorporated into these enhancements, delivered without monolithic and disruptive version releases!

This newsletter is designed to keep you informed as new functionality becomes available. It includes technical details on what is in each update, how to find them, and summarizes how these enhancements can add value to your Db2 for z/OS environment.

This prototype issue spans continuous delivery enhancements from 2023 through September of 2024. Since it is covering a longer timeframe, I have included more general descriptions but going forward I hope to include more detail.

The attached documents linked below will take you to the list of the key APARs delivered for each Db2 Tools. In the individual notes for each product, I have included the APAR number and title, date the item was closed in the IBM system, what IBM Idea it was derived from, and a general description.
