Datalink (Classic) maintenance schedule

Datalink (Classic) typically uses the 2nd Saturday of the month to perform maintenance.
Note:
Standard maintenance will not be applied to deployments which include agents hosted on customer premises.  These customers should request periodic updates via the Apptio support team in order to coordinate upgrade of their agents.

Normally there will be only one update in a month. The update takes place on 2nd Saturday of the month.
In addition, we reserve the 3rd Saturday as an alternate window in case a release cannot be performed on the 2nd Saturday for any reason.

Environments are updated during the following local times and days for their respective regions:
Americas - Saturday 21:00 - 01:00 Pacific Time (Does not include US Federal)
APAC - Saturday 14:00 - 18:00 Australian Eastern Time
EU - Saturday 05:30 - 09:30 Central European Time

Connectors that are scheduled to start during maintenance may fail to run and connectors that are running when maintenance occurs will be terminated.  If either of these occurs simply re-run the impacted connector after maintenance is complete.  Reschedule the connector to avoid maintenance times in the future.


Follow the cumulative release notes page to receive an email each time a new release is issued.

The maintenance schedule is subject to change. In addition, occasional emergency maintenance may be performed to maintain performance and stability.

Would be interesting to know why Datalink maintenance is not running together with the regular quarterly scheduled maintenance.

It will actually be better since Apptio is not available during the scheduled maintenance; therefore, having both together will actually give us more "Apptio" time
