Announcement: Beginning of Sustained and Extended Support for IBM TRIRIGA and IBM TRIRIGA Application Suite

IBM has announced the support lifecycle completion for all versions and releases of IBM TRIRIGA and IBM TRIRIGA Application Suite (TAS), effective September 30, 2027.  Additionally, software ordering for these programs will conclude on January 28, 2026. Transition to IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities

IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities 9.x, part of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 9.x, is the designated upgrade path for IBM TRIRIGA. This offering includes IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities Platform 9.x and IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities Applications 9.x. Support Options for customer-managed TRIRIGA/TAS Customers

For customers continuing with TRIRIGA/TAS parts:

  • Effective September 30, 2027, IBM will transition support to IBM Sustained Support for up to five years.
  • For clients acquiring Sustained Support, Extended Support is available as an optional, chargeable service for the first 12 months following the effective date.

·        Note: Sustained and Extended support is also applicable to TRIRIGA Platform 5.0 and CAD Integrator 14.0.

For customers who have migrated to MAS parts:

  • IBM will provide Dual Support for both TRIRIGA/TAS and MAS 9.x for up to 19 months beyond the TRIRIGA/TAS base support end date.
  • Important: Customers must complete their transition to MAS Real Estate and Facilities (REF) by April 2029 to remain eligible for dual support.
  • No additional purchases of MAS or TRIRIGA/TAS parts are required. This support is included as part of the Software Subscription & Support (S&S) for MAS components.

IBM TRIRIGA SaaS Ordering Completion

Effective January 28, 2026, TRIRIGA SaaS will no longer be available for new orders. Existing customers will retain access to the service for the duration of their active subscriptions.
