You may want to include audit tables in your QBR Reports. To enable this, add the audit enabled table as a child to the Application Report object structure (ROS). The example below steps you through how to create an Asset ROS which includes its corresponding Audit Object, A_ASSET.
1. First, add a relationship between the parent ASSET object and the child A_ASSET object in the Database Configuration application if one does not already exist as shown below.
2. Next, a new ROS is added in the Object Structure application. The parent is ASSET, and the child is A_ASSET. It uses the new relationship created above, and its cardinality is MULTIPLE because multiple audit records can exist for a single asset.
3. Then, grant security access to the new Asset Audit report object structure in the Report Administration application. You can enable this by selecting the 'Set Report Object Structure Security' from the Action menu.
4. Now, you can begin building your custom ad hoc report using the new Asset Audit ROS you have created as shown in the example below
