- How to install, do initial configuration and run entire NNM Solution in 4 hours
- It covers Netcool Omnibus, Probes, WebGUI, DASH, ITNM, DB2, ITNCM
- Single Sign On (SSL) steps
- Basic integration check between all products

Krishna Kodali is a Senior Software Engineer at IBM, he provides support and consultation for Netcool Product Suite. He has been working with Netcool Product Suite since 2005 and is a worldwide Subject Matter Expert (SME) for IBM Tivoli Network Manager (ITNM). He offers guidance in design and implementation for any size of deployment. Krishna has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and is a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP). He specializes in Network Technologies, System Management, IT Service Management, Virtualization, SNMP and Netcool.

Dave Thompson is currently a member of one of IBM's hybrid cloud teams, and is a subject matter expert on some of the network management products involved. Prior to IBM, Dave worked in operations and network management at MCI until 2001, and then did Java programming and integration work in professional services at Intelliden, which was acquired by IBM in 2010. When not working on hybrid cloud and network management challenges, he enjoys riding dirt bikes on Colorado's forest roads.
