Next will review some examples of how to make TWS schedule correctly when more than one timezone is relevant to your workload.Speaker:Paul Lester, JRIA-SMBC - Paul is an Assistant Vice President at JRIA-SMBC (Japan Research Institute America-Mitsui Sumitomo Banking Corporation) working with IBM Workload Scheduler. Paul started working with IBM Workload Scheduler at Prudential in 2009 on the Japanese installs of TWS/d 8.2 and 8.3 to upgrade to 8.4 & continued working with various aspects of IBM Workload Scheduler since on AIX/Linux & Windows platforms. Prior to working with IBM Workload Scheduler, Paul spent 10 years in Japan programming backend for the cellphone music industry working mainly with Java, Database, and polyphonic ringtone technology. Paul graduated from Cornell a MENG in applied physics, plays the clarinet and programs in java for fun in his free time.
