USAA is an American financial services company providing insurance and banking products exclusively to members of the military, veterans, and their families. USAA embarked on its Hybrid Cloud journey by adopting the Red Hat OpenShift platform and Liberty as its container target for WebSphere Application Modernization. One of the goals during modernization was to ensure legacy code frameworks are not carried forward to OpenShift and are certified for high compliance and security. In this session, USAA will share their motivation for technology selection for the modernization program, and IBM will elaborate on the value of the technology selections.
