This session will focus on the use case of leveraging IBM LinuxONE as an on-premises platform for building and running cloud-native applications. that integrates tightly with IBM z/OS-based workloads. We used elements such as OpenShift Container Environment on LinuxONE with RHEL and IBM Semeru JVMs to exploit the LinuxONE environment. Our phased approach balances immediate wins—such as cost savings and rapid deployment—with a sustainable, future-ready infrastructure which continues to provide robust security and scalability.
