Following the success of last year’s Women in Tech session at TechXchange Las Vegas, engineers in Japan have launched a new initiative to solve career-related concerns using IBM watsonx Orchestrate. Leveraging curated datasets of over 100 real-life examples from women in tech, we built a custom AI assistant that provides tailored career advice. The assistant combines modular career paths from role models to simulate realistic and relevant guidance. This session demonstrates the technical build process of the assistant, including orchestration flows and integration patterns, and showcases how AI can help navigate diverse career journeys.
