Often, new products, ideas or approaches on the mainframe are shot down by more senior members of an organization. This session will detail one client's year-long journey to refresh and update the z/OS Developer Experience by adopting IBM Developer for Z. We will discuss how we achieved executive support to pursue a POC, and how we achieved success by working side-by-side with IBM during every step along the way.
