    Can Getnran 5.3.1 translate an xml file that contains some fields in Japanese and some in English.  I'm trying to use an xml defined as "utf-8". I'm using a syntax tolken for the fields that are Japanese (Kanji) with Start Character 0x01 and End Character 0xFF - but this it not translating.  Any ideas on this?
