  • 1.  IBM Control Center: email

    Posted Wed April 06, 2022 12:32 PM
I need an email sent to a Trading Partner when SFG has not received a file by 4 PM, Monday through Friday.

I have read the IBM Control Center Monitor 6.2.1 (pages 87 - 148) and it is not clear what I must code.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Len,
I believe this is what you are looking for.

Thank you, but I already read that document, it is not very clear and I believe it is missing instructions.

I created everything, but it has never executed.

The example that was posted looks more like it is monitoring the necessary response to a received document rather than the received document itself.  If you are wanting to monitor for the original document, I think the "monitor this" capability should do it.  Find a successful transfer then invoke the monitor this option (for missed start) and tweak as necessary.  Here is a reference in the docs:  https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/control-center/6.2.0?topic=activity-monitor-this-overview
