I am trying to get an old Change Synergy Server running.
I was previously running OK on Windows Server 2008
Now after upgrading the server to Windows 2012 it is not running
The following services were all previously running OK before upgrade
ccm7.2.1_ess
ccm7.2.1_helpsrv
ccm7.2.1_objreg
ccm7.2.1_router
ccm7.2.1_server
Informix IDS – Online
Rational Directory Administrator 6.0.0.2
Rational Directory Service 5.1.1
after upgrade the 'Informix IDS – Online' service is not running
There is an error in the application event log whenever the server is rebooted
>> The Informix IDS - OnLine service hung on starting.
The passwords for the local admin user accounts ccm_root, informix and tdsadmin are all correct and matching the account passwords from the time of installation
The Informix online.log has many errors such as

But there are no folders in 'd:\ibm\rational\synergy' other than the 7.2.1 folder which holds the installation
