Password history feature depends on FlashSystem models. How do we know that?

    On a FlashSystem 5045, command chsecurity -checkpasswordhistory failed, and posed error CMMVC9627E.
    OK, I understand why it failed.
    Well... How can we know which FlashSystem models support the password history feature, before executing the command?
    The command reference does not mention about the model dependencies.

    Hello Nakagawa-san, 

    due to resource constraints, only "larger" FlashSystem models do support the password history feature.

    However, the documentation about it could be improved, indeed.

    IBM Docs article on CLI chsecurity -checkpasswordhistory in fact shows this:

    This parameter is not supported on the FlashSystem 5010, FlashSystem 5015, FlashSystem 5030, and FlashSystem 5035.

    However, this is true only for IBM Docs for V8.4.x, later versions, e. g. IBM Docs for V8.5.x or V8.6.x do not mention this limitation any longer.

    I will inquire with information development team, whether this was an intentional change.
