Puneet, it is not possible, only way is to upgrade entirely from 6.3 to 8.1 which I would not recommend. The internal database scheme is so vastly different between 6.X & 8.X that it would always be best to start of with a new instance.
My best guess is that you are after the data inside the old system? Not necessarily the database itself?
You could see what import/export commands could mean for you here, this will allow you to export/import data into a different instance.
Version gap however here is very large, you should check, even with import/export, if there would be any limitations towards this approach.

Subject: How to restore TSM DB Backup (v6.3) on TSM version 8.1.10
I have SP version 8.1.10 which is installed on RHEL 7. There is an requirement to restore old TSM DB Backup which was backed up from TSM V6.3. Is it possible to restore TSM DB Backup on 8.1.10 or there are separate steps (ex. restore TSM DB Backup on v6.3 and then upgrade it to 8.1.10)?
Kindly Suggest.
