    "Hello, I have an IBM T4300 device and I need to upgrade the drive firmware on the device. When I entered the model on the website, I found this file as the latest version: MR3U_1.6.0.0-A00_IBM.fbi. If I update the firmware using this file, will the firmware of my drivers also be updated?"

    Hi Onur,
    Not sure whether or not you found an answer, but perhaps more for others with the same question...

    I did find this:
    Firmware Update - IBM Documentation
    "The Firmware Update upgrades the firmware of tape drives and tape libraries."

    Is this what you were looking for or found in the meantime?
