Failed SPP Backup - java.net.ConnectException

    vSphere Client version 6.7.0.51000
    SPP Version 10.1.9 Build: 2652

    When attempting to run a backup on SPP after 30-40% of the backup it fails with the following errors in the job log:

    " CTGGA2301 Problem in removing snapshot vmware_Bronze-SPP-20220311-114258-249 of VM New Virtual Machine Calling removeSnapshot_Task for vm New Virtual Machine ... failed, java.rmi.RemoteException: Exception caught trying to invoke method RemoveSnapshot_Task; nested exception is: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out (Connection timed out)"

    "Backup of virtual machine (VM) New Virtual Machine has failed. Error: The server refused connection (evddk-14009)"

    The backup creates a snapshot but the error above occurs after 5 failed attempts to remove the snapshot.
