Hi José
Great question!
There are a few different ways you can look at this:
- Go to Devices > Inventory and sort by Last Reported Date.
This will allow you to see all devices and in order of the oldest reported-in.
2. Perform an advanced search with criteria to find last reported date in a specific date range or up to a recent point.
You can also use the Alerts on the Home page to do this.
3. If you want to get specific about data usage you can use our Expense Management feature, which gives a measure of mobile data used.
Here are some links to give you more information:

Subject: Tracking device usage
Hello all, wondering if someone can point me in the right direction. We are looking at tracking device usage to find and report on devices that might not be getting used often.
Is there any built in reports in maas360 for that that I missed? or maybe something we can configure?
I looked at maybe using the data usage reports, but they don't seem to be accurate, there are devices with 0 data use that I know are being used.
Thanks
