    Hi Experts,

    In our environment we have one CM and set of collectors as per IBM suggestion we updated P500 to P525. whenever we try to check "support show db-status used %" we get the below-mentioned message with the db status used in all the collectors.

    du: cannot access '/var/IBM/Guardium/data/mysql//ib_log*': No such file or directory

    what might be the issue?

    can anyone assist with this?

    Hello Albert, Good Day!

     

    It's advisable to raise a case with IBM Support since this error output is from underlying Linux OS. You have to gather App_Issue_must gather while producing the Issue & share with them.
