    According to this article, before an admin session times out, there is supposed to be an option to extend it. 
    We are not seeing this option. Is anyone else seeing this?

    Hi Lisa
    This prompt will only appear while you are still within the timeout value set on the page mentioned. 
    Have you tested it and confirmed that the prompt does not appear while you are still in session for less than the period set?

    Saw your private message that you have tested this and been able to reproduce the behaviour (timeout notification not showing). 
    Can you please raise a Support ticket for investigation ?
